Booking Window

Reservations open one month in advance, allowing you to plan your visits ahead of time and secure your preferred time slots.

Membership Booking Limits

Booking availability and the number of active reservations may vary depending on your membership level. Please refer to your membership details for specific booking allowances.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand plans can change. To modify or cancel a reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking time.

Changes made within 48 hours may be subject to fees or forfeiture of the reservation.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your booking to ensure you receive your full session. Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime out of respect for the next guest.

Respecting Reserved Time

Each booking is reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask that all guests wrap up their session promptly at the end of their scheduled time.
